Information We Collect
We collect the account details submitted during registration, including name, business email, company, job title, preferred language, consent status, and verification timestamps. When you use the portal, we may record document downloads, drawing-review requests, uploaded CAD files, engineer responses, chat/conversation history, and support interactions.
How We Use Information
We use this information to verify customer access, provide technical documents, process drawing-review requests, respond to support enquiries, improve portal reliability, and maintain security and audit records.
Cookies
The portal uses required cookies for login sessions, CSRF protection, language preference, and security. Optional analytics or marketing cookies must not be enabled unless the user has accepted them and the relevant service has been configured.
File Uploads And Security
CAD files uploaded for drawing review are validated by type and size and scanned for malware before work orders are created. Rejected files are not intentionally stored or exposed to engineers.
Sharing And Processors
Portal data is processed by Mofi and service providers required to operate hosting, email delivery, security scanning, support, and related infrastructure. Data is not sold.
Retention
Account, document-access, and engineering-review records are retained for customer support, compliance, and audit purposes. Retention periods should be confirmed with the client before production launch and configured in operational procedures.
Your Choices
